Service Description
Enjoy a fun, hands-on Lego-themed birthday experience brought to a venue of your choice within 7 miles of SN2 2PJ. Designed for creativity, teamwork and plenty of building fun, this session includes organised activities suitable for up to 10 participants, with the option to add more. Activities can be set up on the floor or on tables and chairs depending on your venue. If your venue is an empty hall, we can supply additional tables to help with room setup. WHAT TO EXPECT • Group building activities • Team challenges • Free building time to explore creativity OPTIONAL ADD-ONS • Additional participant – £10 per participant (maximum 20 additional participants, off-site venue only) • Build-a-Fig Station – £1.50 per participant (usually £2.00) • Make-a-Build and Take Away – £5 per participant (up to 250g per participant) • Lego poly bag for each participant (subject to availability) • 6ft fold-up table hire – £5 per table (maximum 4 tables) KEY INFORMATION • 10 participants included in the base price • Maximum of 30 participants in total (10 included plus up to 20 additional) • Guardians must remain on site throughout the party • Venue hire is not included • Lego-themed wall decorations included • Food and snacks are not provided, but you are welcome to supply your own and activities will continue around catering arrangements BOOKING INFORMATION A deposit is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the party date.
Cancellation Policy
I will send an invoice once we have finalised your party that is payable any time. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the party Date. Rescheduling - Please allow me at least 2 weeks notice to move your party date to one of our other available dates. Rescheduling less than 2 weeks prior will be subject to a 30% move fee. Cancellation - If cancelled before the full payment has been made. Your deposit will NOT be returned. - If full payment has been made and you are within the 2 weeks of your party we can only refund 40% of your order total. - If full payment has been made and its 2+ weeks before the party date we can refund 50% of your order total.
